More pasta (scraps)

I had some pasta dough left from my recent exploits, so I made some fettuccine. I also had the greens leftover from my beets, so I made a pesto with beet greens and stems, olive oil, walnuts and aged gouda. It was really nice, and the stems stained the pasta a light red, which looked nice.
